Therapy for people who are looking for a way through the pain, (but on their own terms)

  • You feel like you haven’t fully exhaled in a really long time.

  • It’s exhausting just trying to get through the day.

  • You are feeling more isolated because it feels like no one understands how you are feeling right now or what you have been through.

You’re barely holding it together, and it’s getting harder everyday.

  • It feels like the rest of the world keeps moving and you can’t understand how.

  • The memories keep replaying in your head, and sometimes you wonder if what you experienced really happened.

  • You are wondering “is it always going to feel this way?”

It doesn’t have to feel this way forever.

YOU ARE READY FOR SOMETHING TO FEEL DIFFERENT.

It’s time to move beyond simply surviving each day.

Therapy can help you feel more grounded and can help you to begin the journey of processing your grief or traumatic experience. Together, we will walk through your experience, reintegrate fragmented memories, and find healing and hope for what is possible beyond this point.

Your story is real, your experience is real. It deserves the time and space to be fully witnessed.

Areas I’ll be best at supporting you.

01 GRIEF AND LOSS

Grief can present throughout our lives in so many ways. I have specific training and experience supporting those who have experienced a traumatic loss, miscarriage, stillbirth, child loss, or death of a loved one.

02 PERINATAL TRAUMA

Whether you have experienced a birth trauma, a traumatic loss, or an experience that has left you feeling helpless and out of control of your body, this is a safe space for you to address all that has happened and begin healing from your experience.

04 RELATIONAL TRAUMA OR LOSS

When the person you’re grieving has not died, but the loss is real. Some examples of this could be estrangement, divorce, the end of a relationship, emotionally distant parents, a loved one with an addiction, or a loved one with dementia, etc.

03 PERINATAL MENTAL HEALTH

I am a certified Perinatal Mental Health provider and offer therapy to birthing and non-birthing partners who are experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety and unexpected challenges in pregnancy or postpartum.
